I have been creating ever since I can remember.  Over the years as I have changed, my creativity has changed. 

Although I am in the fitness industry, a great outlet for my peace of mind, I always come back to the brush.  It is a large part of who I am. I love coming up with a design concept, creating the piece until completion, and ending with the exact vision I had in mind before I even began.

I use my creativity in all areas of my life.  All three components of AKA very neatly combine together to make up the perfect business and experience for me as an artist, athlete, wife, mother, and business owner.

I realized the past couple of years, that I have a deep passion for motivating and encouraging myself and others.  Knowing this, I believe that my health and fitness business and my artwork reflect that.  I love to encourage and motivate those around me to challenge and energized themselves in the direction they want to go, and the things they want to pursue.  Whether that is in fitness, health, business or otherwise.

In my most recent pieces, I have incorporated just that.  Wall mirrors that challenge to look at ourselves and remember who we are, what we are capable of, and driving towards our goals.
